We are using Outlook 2003 & mail is being redirected through our BES to the user's 7290. He has his email folders at the root of his inbox as opposed to the sub-folder method, and there are about 80 of them. The inbox is synching properly, however the other folders (all 80 of them) are not. All the folders are checked off for re-direction. This is stumping me. Please help!
The 80 folders need to be subfolders OF the Inbox (folder root).
Is that where they are currently?

As Hayden implied, are the folders listed in his personal folders or subfolders of the inbox? Let us know if there is anything we else can do to help with your BB.

That you have been able to select the check boxes for the folders in the "Advanced" section of the folders in Redirector suggests that the placement of the folders within the Exchange Mailbox is irrelevant.
However, I do agree with the above, and would suggest moving the folders to be subfolders of the Inbox.
Try that first, and if that doesn't work, then there may be an issue.
Also, unless re-activating on the enterprise, old items in folders will not automatically sync OTA, in this example.
After moving the folders, you may want to attempt a new Enterprise Activation.
The folders are not sub folders, and they cannot be moved. This worked on the users old blackberry. Why not on the new one?
