    hi,

Im trying to get .rtf file formats able to to be read on Blackb erries.

I've added .rtf to the extension list within the BES config app, but it didn't work, as i expected, what else should i do to get this extra file format to to be readable on the Berries?

    Thanks...

I don't know exactly what you would need to do but the way you went about it seems only half done. Now that its apart of the extension list the phone needs to know how to render it. You could somehow add intructions to some of the blackbert files of how to render it or do what beamberry does and privide those instructions within your own application.

Yeah, I do think i need to do a few more steps to get this right.

I'll have to dig around some more.

    Thanks
