    Error: 644, Severity: 21, State: 3 Event ID: 17052

    Could not find the index entry for RID '360000200104404406507604d06706d074053065072076065 07204306f06e0660690670' in index page (1:663), index ID 0, database 'besmgmt1'.
    Can some one guide me to this solve this error.

    Is there some thing wrong with Blackberry database, how can this be rectified.

    1) Stop blackberry services.

    2) Connect to sql instance for blackberry.
    3) Use master.
    4) Bring BESMgmt database in single user mode with below sql command.
    EXEC sp_dboption 'BESMgmt', 'single user', 'true'
    5) Excute this command to resolve the error.
    dbcc dbreindex('SyncServerState','PK_SyncServerState',0 )
    6) Bring database in multi user mode.
    7) Excute
    dbcc checkdb('BESMgmt')
    No error will be found now.

    This will resolve the consistency error. Please let me if other wise.
