    I replaced a users damaged 8100 with another 8100.
    I wiped the new device and run the Setup Wizard and then performed the Enterprise Activation again.
    The activation completed but the new device is only displaying emails from the time of the activation and nothing prior?
    I then repeated the process again and the same result.
    Im running BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003 and Outlook.

    Whar are your pre-popuiplation settings on the BES. I can assume if you left the settings stock, you have 5 days or 150 messages?

    A work around we be to backup the old device and restore to the new. If the old device still works enough.

    The first poster was right. Check your prepopulation settings. Set them as high as you wish. Then delete the person from BES. Click OK to remove all the settings from the mailbox. Wipe the handheld. Then re-add the person to the BES. Reactivate the device and you will be good to go~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
