    Ok Guys I have a problem that I cant fix. I feel dumb posting a question that I have answered for others numerous times, but all of my fixes dont seem to work.

    I have a user who is getting duplicate items on his device calendar. They are about 75% re-occurring appointment (ie. weekly meetings, weekly training).

    BES 4.1.4, DM 4.3, 8130

    I have tried:
    -Deleting service book and re-sending it.
    -Deleting calendar items thru DM and re-syncing
    -cdo.dll versions are all up to date and correct in sync with exchange
    -and of course my BESadmin account has all the appropriate rights.

    The closest I have been to fixing it is deleting all calendar items thru Desktop Manager and syncing with his outlook. Everything looks correct, but the minute I turn on wireless sync it duplicates all of his reoccuring items as well as a couple personal items???

    Sorry for the wasted thread. I finally got it to work by doing the opposite of my last step. After I deleted everything I enabled wireless sync and they started to populate.

    Chances are that user is probably running the original version of the HH software on that 8130 that had some issues. To avoid future issues you may want to upgrade to the most recent HH software that took care of the issue. It has to due with the multiple calendar support available in the new 4.3 software
