    Have the user set the profile to Phone Only. That would be the easiest. The more policies you add for a few users the more problems for everyone.

    Wireless sync is actually an entirely separate process from email forwarding.

    That's not a bad idea either.

    Under the claender, goto options, and change the first day of the week to Sunday. This turns Friday and Saturday to weekends (and makes your BB Kosher, JK).
