    Desktop manager 4.3

I had to upgrade my desktop manager to 4.3 for it to recognize the Verizon curve, after upgrading I can no longer reply to messages. Send new and forward works, just not reply.

    Any thoughts?

Nope I had a ATT curve and was testing verizon. The verizon need 4.3 for the drivers. Now neither can reply. I switched device between the two same results.

Sounds like either a service book issue or some corruption...

Suggest you resend your service books & re-register your Host Routing Table. If that does not solve the issue go to your BIS page and remove the email addresses and re-add them.

    Lei,

    Couple of questions....

    1. I assume your handheld is not set to use a password?
    2. Is this a new device or did you purchase it used?
    3. To your knowledge did it ever require a password to access the device?
