Can't stop PIN & SMS Logging!
Just upgraded to BES5, all went well. During the demo, PIN and SMS logging was switched on using a new policy, applied to a couple of users and sure enough this worked just fine.
The policy was removed and the standard 'default' policy is now back in place for the couple of test users.
Thing is now, these test users are still being logged and I don't know how to stop this!!! They show as having the default policy applied and not the test policy....we deleted this policy.
Can anyone help please.
Thise settings are not just in the policy, they are in the setup as well. I will dig into our 5.0 systems and let you know where they are.

I've been digging around everywhere on this one.
I've even restarted the policy service, but still no good.
Look forward to your advice on this one.
And here's another update....
I checked and double checked that the test policy was deleted, also checked and made sure i pushed the default policy to the user.
Finally, I resdtared the policy service, and that seemed to do the trick.
It's as if it took some time to stop all logging as it took it's time to completly stop all PIN & SMS logging.
