    If the user removed the SIM card/took the battery off from the handheld can the handheld ask for a password?

    Set the auto lock policy, to what ever time limit you want. But that also sets the device to lock after a power off...
    it's always greener with the other carrier...

    Unfortunately the users don’t like to auto lock : ( I’m trying to protect the devices incase they get stolen something when i had a NOKIA S60s it got this feature where it will ask for a PIN code if you change SIM card

    Ill keep looking.....I am sure someone knows the actual policy.

    I'd tell the user to deal with it but not recommended
    it's always greener with the other carrier...
