Cannot send email to Internal people

I have a really weird one here, at least I think so.
I have one user who cannot send email to anyone on our network from his blackberry including himself, except me. I am the only one who can get his emails. When he sends to anyone else he just gets the message with the red X, when I open the email the message status says User account is in INVALID mode.

I have deleted his account from BES and readded it to no avail.

    Any ideas are appreceated.

Yes this was working until yesterday afternoon when for some reason it stopped.
I will try to wipe the device and see what happens

OK so update, I wiped the handheld and reactivated but still the same thing.
After more testing if someone sends him an email he can reply and then it seems like he can email them normally after that. So it is just the first time that he trys to email someone from his blackberry that he cannot do it.

I have a somewhat similar issue-I can send and recieve emails internally, however when I try to reply to the person that sent me the email--It will not let me. I receive the "red x" as well?????? Anyone ever heard of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

message is "mailbox cannot find original file, try resending again" I hit resend and it worked----any idea why I have to reply to the email twice?

Right now this has to be on hold as my user is away for a month in the Middle East.
I will have to try again when he gets back.

    Question my INVALID problem

    Superflyer,

Did you ever get a resolution on this? I have the same problem with my BB and we all use gmail domains and SMTP (no BES). It just started doing it with email addresses that I have been using for a long time with no issues. Grrrr.

I read your thread but didn't see any really useful information that might have helped you resolve it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Regards,

    Dave
