    calender synchronization failed

    i have a user with a verizon blackberry curve and its not synchronizing the calender on the BES.
    i added a new appointment on her blackberry and its not appearing on her exchange outlook, and viceversa. on the blackberry manager, i've tried force calender synchronization. how long does that take in effect?

    Make sure wireless sync is enabled on the handset. Calendar>Options>click on the calendar you want sync'ed and enable wireless sync. Also, depending on which OS version, there may be more than one calendar on the handheld. Make sure you are creating the appointments on the calendar set up for wireless sync.

    When you did enterprise activation did it sync all the existing contacts?

    wireless sync is enabled.

    the blackberry was working fine for the past few month and suddenly today it fails to synchronize the calender. but emails are still coming in.

    motoup: on first enterprise activation, everything was sync over and was working fine for the past two month. i tried force calender sychronization from the blackberry manager without any luck.
    Upgraded the BlackBerry Curve to BlackBerry Bold 12/1/08.

    Try removing the calendar service book and resending the service books from the BES.
