    Hi All

    I have a user that is having a problem with syncronizing his calendar. Any changes made on Outlook appear correctly on his device however any changes or new entries done on the device never show up on his Outlook.

    Tried resending service books, reactivating user and checked the settings on the device.............cant help but think I am missing something really simple.....help!!!!!!

    Check the users account.
    Make sure permissions are being propagated from parent.

    i had the same issue before...tried everything and it never worked....finally moved the users mailbox to a different exchange server(we have multiple exchange servers)and it took care of the issue....

    delet the seevicebook entry desktop[sync] and resend the service book thats hsould resolve he issue..please update the status

    I too had this problem and the above recommendation fixed my problem.

    options > advanced options > delete the service book that has CICAL in it.
    Battery pull
    options > advanced options > menu key (or trackwheel) > undelete (brings CICAL back)
    Goto
    Calender > menu key (or trackwheel) > options > turn wireless synch off, then back on
