    Hello
I have an verry interresting problem. I have delte an user and he was not shown in the list, but if I try to add him the Blackberryserver 4.2 says the user was on an 3.x Server and should he be addet but this will not be done. The User was not in the Pending do delte folder or everywhere other to see.
The eventmanager brings an Error that Could not remove user. Also he means that there was insufficent rights on the admin mailbox. but other user can be deleted and addet.
Have anybody an resolving for this issue?

    Thanks

I bet there is old information within the users mailbox that is causing this issue.

If you can find dblcean.exe i would try to run that on this mailbox to clean out the BlackBerryHandheldInfo folder from the user mailbox. If you cant find that then I would say backup his mailbox and then run MFCMAPI to delete the blackberry handheld info folder from the mailbox and then try again.

Either have RIM email it to you through a support ticket, or have them allow you to gain access to their ftp sites.

Or, hopefully one of our fellow members may be able to provide it to you.
