| True, but as a corporate account that wouldn't be necessary. You can contact customer service and request an unlock code based off the IMEI number from your devices current carrier. Explain to the customer service representative that your user is traveling abroad and would need the unlock code so they may utilize a prepaid sim card. If they refuse to do so, thank them for their time and call back again a minute later.
