Blackberry Enterprise Messenger - Server Error (315)
I am trying to connect to Blackberry Enterprise Messenger with my 7250 and I am getting "Server Error 315. Please contact you system administrator if the problem persists."
On the blackberry Manager, under Collaboration Service, everything seems ok. I am running BES version 4.1.3 and my BB has 4.1 software installed. Does anybody know what could cause or fix this error?

On your Exchange you don't happen to have a forwarding rule set up to something other than your company email address do you?
I got that message once before (don't remember what error # there was if there was any) and it turned out the IT guy had a forwarding rule set up.
Also, may want to check and make sure the mailbox isn't limited in size and that it's full.
