Have you restarted the server? How many users do you have on it? Did you recently apply any Windows updates?

    - restarted the server several times when I saw that error (maybe thrice..)

    - Windows update no, but I "tried" using the Blackberry Administration Service which includes the Web Desktop Manager which apparently uses LDAP and changed the default MAPI...It caused some errors so I quickly uninstalled it after two days.

To be honest I dont know what happened when I installed Web Desktop so I didnt know what caused the errors I had back then so my quick reaction was to uninstall the add-on... (error was my users cant send and cant do "lookup" on their device..)

thanks for looking into this thread...

Look at the properties of the BlackBerry Controller service. Click on the Recovery tab and make sure the First, Second and Subsequent Failures are set to Take No Action.
    Data Outages
    Reinstall OS
    Desktop/Device Page

thanks, but it's already set as so..may I ask why is this set like this?

anyway, I am thinking this might be caused by my installation of Web Desktop Software, are there any ways of me checking the correct registry values for MAPI profile...?

HELP, my logs are now increasing every second, now it's on 3.4GB and counting, also BB Controller Service stops (and I just restart it) quite often but intemittently..

    any advice is appreciated..

can I just let the BB controller stop just to avoid the logs to blow up in size??

    sheesh...
