    hi all

    plz tell me how to perform Penetration testing and vulnerability assesment of BES v4.0.
    i know only few things like:- encryption key, hotfixes, screen lock...

    so suggest me what else i should look to get better result.

    some info: -
    BES v4.0 is configured on Windows 2000.
    they also have Exchange server.

    hi SuzzyP, i going to one of the client place and they have BES v4. and i have very limited info on the product. that's why i need ur help.

    I use Nessus to scan networks for valnarabilities (externally). Internally just ensure all the permissions are setup correctly (i.e. Ensure BESadmin is not a Domain Admin etc).

    Also with BES 4 ensure service pack 5a is installed.
