BES Sync-User not receiving corporate emails

I have a user who is saying that their BB is not syncing but when I log into the BES I see the last sync date/time as current. They receive calls as well as internet email. I have yet to look at their device do to their physical location.
I wanted to know if anyone has heard of this happening or is it more likely to be user error. They say they are not getting their work emails on their hand-held.

    Thank-you-

Did you have them check to see if "Wireless Reconcile" is set to "On"?

From email inbox hit [Menu] > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile [On]

Resend the service books. Not sure why, but happens every so often. Right click/Resend service books from BB Manager.

You can also try regenerating the encryption key via BB DM

Sounds stupid, but whenever something like this happens to me, I have the user pull the battery, let it sit for a minute then put it back in.

It honestly fixes the problem 90% of the time. Try resending the service books too. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the network.

Have you made any changes to the encryption types supported on the BES?
i.e. previously DES and then AES or vise versa?
This can do what you described below. ~But it would happen for all users not just one.
Have you tried cabling the device to Desktop Manager and checking if the encryption keys are current?

Can your user send an email from the BlackBerry using the Default (desktop) mail service?
If so, does it send or get a red X.

if it gets a red X open up that mail message and scroll to the very top.

Look under Message Status. It will tell the error that is being experienced
May the BlackBerry be with you....Always!!
