    Re: Bes Shared Calendar Sync

No. However, users can share one calendar. The BlackBerry can only sync with one calendar at a time. Give both users access to one calendar.

A work around we use to keep the calendar seperate and access on the fly is:

Note: You have to have some type of shared access to the calendar before the following will work.
Accessing another user’s calendar from your Blackberry using OWA:

    1. Open your BB Browser
    2. In the browser, perform one of the following actions:
    a. If a web address field appears on the screen, type “https ://owawebsite/exchange/username/calendar
    i. Just replace username with any other staffer’s username to access their calendar.
    1. You will be prompted for YOUR username and password.
    b. If a web address field does not appear on the screen, press the Menu key.
    i. Click “Go To” and type “https ://owawebsite/exchange/username/calendar
ii. Just replace username with any other staffer’s username to access their calendar.
    1. You will be prompted for YOUR username and password.
    3. Now add a bookmark to eliminate all that typing the next time you want to access the calendar.
    a. With the User’s Calendar open, press the Menu key.
    i. Click “Add Bookmark”.
ii. Change the “Name:” to something like John Doe’s Calendar.
    iii. Leave “Available Offline” UNCHECKED
iv. Scroll down to “Add” and press the trackball.
    b. Now you have a link under “Bookmarks” in your browser to John Doe’s Calendar.
