    BES Service Pack Level?

Hi there, I'm wondering what the best way to determine the BES service pack level is. The reason I'm asking is that I have to apply the DST updates on a BES for Lotus Domino server that I did not build, and according to RIM's documentation a hotfix is needed, but which hotfix depends upon the service pack that's been applied. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to see the SP level in the Blackberry Manager, unless I'm missing something. Thanks in advance!

The Help/About dialog box lists the BES version, but doesn't break it down to service packs like Microsoft software does. So what I see is "BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version: 4.1.0.40". I imagine that might tell me which service pack is installed, if there was a reference table I could look up somewhere...

On the BES machine, go into Add/Remove programs. Find the BES entry and click the link "click here for support information"

The computer the server software was originally installed on. Go to that PC. Then go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Highlight BlackBerry Enterprise Server>"Click here for support information." This will be a clickable link. Click on it and it will tell you what to do for help.
