    BES Error

    (Application Event Log on ServerName) |

    ResolveNamesMAPI
    ResolveName(2)
    Succeeded, but list does not contain
    EntryID for all items

    This just started early this morning. Users get the nice RED X when trying to send messages. And we get this.

    Really strange.

    What have you done to try and resolve the issue? Have you done a restart on the BES? Added any new personnel into Exchange or whatever mail server you are using?

    if you scroll up to the very top of the message. What is the message status?

    What version of BES are you running? And does that error show any error code?

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~well the reboot fixed it, after some investigation I believe a ms update got applied.
