BES E-mail Issue
Our Domino server restarted due to maintenance on Sat morning. Afterwards, a few of our users notified me that they did not receive any new e-mails since then. I ended up doing a wipe of the phone, recreating their BES account and reactivating the Enterprise Activation. Is there a more efficient way to perform this action? I tried disabling activation and re-enabling it for some users, which seemed to bring it new e-mails, though did not sync those e-mails that came in the previous few days.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
resending service books may have worked
This is a amateur question but how would I resend service books? From the BES or from the device?
That depends on the version of BES you are using. You should be able to right click on the name and click re-send new service books. Im not sure if it is the same for 4.0
