    Does the browser not show up until you "activate"? I've had my blackberry working perfectly but installed some new software and now when I try to activate it just stays on there for 10 plus minutes and I don't know if it's doing anything or not.

    A few questions to help trouble shoot. Are you on a BES? What new software did you install? Is it the new S/W that wont activate or the Browser?

    i had to remove my barrery and reinstall it and when i did i had lost my calander info from my laptop outlook, how can i reconnect?

    bigdog49, welcome to PinStack.

    What do you mean remove and reinstall your Blackberry? Are you talking about the account from the BES? If so, did you perform a new Enterprise Activation? Was it your Laptop Outlook the lost the Calendar Information or your on your Blackberry?

    I am supporting a user who receives the following message after 98% of the Enterprise Activation completes: "Some Databases Failed to Complete". I have wiped the device, deleted the users BES account and recreated it on another BES and reinstalled DM and Handheld specific software. Every time the same message. Could it be a corrupt contact record? Anyone? Thank you.

    Yeah could very well be a corrupt contact.

    Just export contacts as csv file, delete all entries in the contacts folder, reimport csv file and try again.

    If it still don't work then make sure you clear the users handheld database information.

    oh i forgot why I was posting.. just wanted to know if any other admins had an updated list of these.. wow, can't post the url..gees. anyway its a link to the JVM codes...

    hi ,i can't find BES in my BB Perl what can i do? i think i have b4 but now i don;t see it even when i check out the option / organize app/ show all the app but no see the BES?? why?? help?
