    Question BES 5.0 - IT Policy & Delete User

    I am trying to change the IT Policy for a user and I get the attached error. When I try to delete the same user I get the attached error. Any ideas?

    I haven't run across this one before, also I haven't had the time to upgrade to BES 5, but let me do some digging around and see what I can come up with.

    Have you checked to see if there are any emails waiting to be delivered to the device?

    Do you have this device in hand? Can you verify that it's on?

    The BB device is working ok with BES services (email, calendar, tasks, etc) updates. It seems to be more on the BES side not sending the IT Policy. I got a response from TSupport that I need to reboot my BES. Good thing I got standby BES up for HA. I'll post back once I failover. Thanks!
