    BB messaging agent errors

    having problems on BES when we switch a device for user , following users shows up in BES event log,

    there are other users who are working fine, PIM Synch and message redirection working ok but BES event log showing warning messages for them as well

    Create an ITPolicy that disables Wireless Memopad sync
    Add the affected user to the policy
    Restart Enterprise Activation

    yes in this case everything works, EA goes through
    but as soon as i enable PIM synch on wireless all hell break loose

    FIXED : BB messaging agent errors

    fixed the problem, thanks to google, and other search forums i finally found the solution that worked

    [FONT=Arial]1-Open outlook on your PC or user PC (to establish a MAPI session) with one of the affected users in questions. Once you do, make sure you don't have it running in cache mode. Then, run the following command "outlook /resetfolders" from the run prompt on your PC, a new outlook windows should open up. Then, open the BB mgr console, highlight the user > Account > Reload user.[/FONT]

    [FONT=Arial]test PIM synch and it worked[/FONT]
