Just got off the phone with them. They said their "data center" is down, but they're working on it.

Their website and OWA is back up now....still nothing on the BB.

I have never heard of them. What do you use them for? Is it different then using the BIS?

They are a Hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server company, which offers more services than BIS. I will let someone more familiar with it explain the differences.

Everything is back up and running now.

Like Erica said...they offer a hosted BES service. About $18 bucks a month for OTA contact/calendar sync plus push email. If you don't want to pay for your own BES server, something like this is the way to go.
