Simple question, is the "Advantage Blackberry Technical Support" really worth it? For the duration of one year, you get phone support, free BES upgrades, and 50% off classes for "Named Callers."

It sounds good, but something just strikes me as off. Maybe it's the price, I mean, a server upgrade is $1k (about half the cost), and I rarely get support calls that aren't user error. Do they release multiple significant BES upgrades in a year?
