Addressbook stopped synchronizing after successful activation
---we have a new BES setup and some client devices' addressbook would stop synchronizing to the Lotus account addressbook.
Under Addressbook option on BB - "wireless synchronization" option is not present
any Admins having similar issues?
Have you tried reactivating the device on the BES or confirming the IT Policy does not restrict this option?
Is this present on all devices on the BES?
--actually sending the service books down to the device resolves the issue, but I have "repeat offenders" and I'm suspecting it can be a bug.... just want to find out if anyone out there is having the same issue and hopefully a solution to it...
----no this is not happening to all devices on BES (i would say 15 out of 140devices)
