You'll run into that type of issue quite a bit as a BES admin, especially if you have an increasing number of users moving to the BES, and it can be exasperated if you have strict quota levels on their Exchange boxes, or if you have mobile users who have a laptop they take out in the field with them as well as a desktop which is always running where they've set up a bunch of rules to move things into their PST folders. Sometimes the move happens before the router/director can even see the message.
