    Activation gives error

I am trying to activate a second device on my bes, and I put the email and password in, and it start up almost right away and then it comes back with and error and says to contact the administrator(which would be me) So then I tried connecting to the server and adding the device that way and I get this error

An Error occurred while assigning the device to the user

Provisioning Process Failed Check log for details.

So Im not entirely sure where the log is, and does anyone have any idea what that error is?

the device is a 7290 on BES SBE 4.1

    Re: Activation gives error

one issue that i see at work is that the user is only provisioned for prosumer service by their service provider, and not enterprise activation.
