    Accepting Meeting Requests

I am unable to accept a meeting request on my phone (8830) and a couple of my users are experiencing the same thing. I have always had the option to "accept" a meeting request, but it no longer gives me that option.
They show up in my calendar if I accept them on my computer, and I can reply to attendees but no option to accept or decline. I thought it might be a company wide issue, but some of the users have no problem at all.

    Any suggestions?

You can try resending the service books from the BES

Have seen that, sometimes having the Wireless option accidentally turned off in the Calendar causes this behaviour for me

Yeah check that under Options in the Calendar wireless synchronization is set to yes. That is usually what causes this.

I read a suggestion that said to turn the wireless sync in the calendar to NO, and back to YES. That didn't seem to work. I will try resending the service books...

Go to the Service book under Advanced options and remove the CICAL file in the desktop which refers to the wireless calendar and then do a hard reboot and then resend service book. You may have a corrupt file in there.

We have experienced simular issues for a number of users and it turned out to be slight mismatch on CDO.dll on bes and exchange, may not be the same for you but worth checking the version numbers are the same.

The file version is different, but the product version is the same. Thats normal, correct?

What you need is to right click go to properties and the version tab. The version on there is usually like 6.5.xxxx or whatever. You need to compare that version on the BES and Exchange Servers.
