    Hi,

Can anyone help please I am running BES 4.1.2.25 I am having an issue where my handheld an 8800 is not synching the address book or notes wirelessly we use Outlook 2003 as our desktop client. If I add an entry it does not appear in outlook if added on device or device if added on outlook. I have tried deleting and resending the dektop service book entries, but to no avail.

    Youre help is much appreciated.

Are you maintaining you own server with Exchange and BES? if so, the BES software must be installed in an account other than Administrator. There are instruction on the BB website on how to correct this. Had the same problem.
