what i do, maybe a little labor intensive is grab a picture i wont, and drag it into paint, and shrink or crop it, and if you go to attributes under "tools" i think it is, it shows you the dimension of the picture, and just make it so your picture is 320x240, save it, and slap it on your bb8800 and you got yourself a custom wallpaper.

OR you can just email me the graphic that you want and i can do it for you lol.

if you search on the pearl forums, there is one, that you just convert depending on the size of the screen, forgot where its at, do a search but it does all the croping and such for you!

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I personally use photoshop. Save the pic as jpg then export to BB via bluetooth or desktop manager

I use a freeware program called PhotoGadget (do a google search). Resize to 640x480 (resolution looks better than 320x240) and tranfer into my phone via dm.

There's no need for a converter app. Any app that can resize to your screen res will do the job. Some apps will resize better than others -- which is why PhotoGadget's results are better at 640x480 than the actual screen res. If you use Photoshop its resize algorithms will allow you to convert directly to 320x240 without the quality issues which, in turn, saves space and gives you slightly better performance...
