Since yesterday.. I lost my Voicemail speeddial (pressing the 1/w) anywhere wither from the homescreen or in the phone menu..

Any idea how to restore it? I'm on Rogers.

    Thanks

When you're in phone mode, do you have the ability to access "View Speed Dial List" when you pull up the menu? If so, you can do it from there.

depending where you are its different. customer service will be able to give you the number and you can restore the number on the speed dial manually to the "w" key.

My apologies if I misunderstood. If you're trying to get the actual phone number, pull up this .pdf and have a lookie at page 14 (page numbers in white on red field on the page).

    Re: Voicemail Speeddial

I'm on Tmobile and after the latest update of phone (8-14-07) the speed dial (pressing & holding the 1 key) does not function. I get the error message of invalid number. When I check the speed dial list there are is not any information at all. I have not programmed any speed dial numbers. It appears as though the speed dial come directly from the address book...I'm confused as I never had a contact for my cellular mailbox number on my phone, as far as I know. Is this number stored in another location? Please help. Tech was clueless....
