~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I think 83xx would be a better choice for me since I'm not really in business yet, currently a college student. It's like and upgraded version of the 88xx. But if I can't fight the urge then I will get the 8800 lol

I keep saying I will hold out.... instead I find myself considering a Pearl (eeeekkkk I need a full key pad for all the typing I do)

I HOPE they do get the 8800. That would be a HUGE disappointment for me as I'm already on my 2nd Pearl in 2 1/2 months and don't know how long this one will last.

I doubt it. We will probably have to still use our Bluetooth receivers. For some reason tmo doesn't like supporting GPS. IMO they should get with the times like they have in Europe but what can you do. I won't leave just cause of that, IMO they have the best service globally.

LOL T-Mo's supposed version of the 8300 (the 8320 I believe) looks too much like my 7100T

Other than being 50% wider, half as thick and qwerty, I see the resemblance!

I meant that RIM sees the demand outside of business use and will provide other features for consumers. I just want SD and wifi.

I'm a T-Mobiler - and I am very confused here. I thought it was common knowledge Cing had 90 day exclusive rights to the 8800 (It hit the streets 2/16/07).

The author of this thread is obviously stating otherwise.....

The exclusive date doesn't start on the release date. The exclusive date starts on the day RIM says its ready to be released. If RIM told Cingular that on Jan 1 the 8800 was ready for release then its 90 days from the 1st.

I thought that TMO was getting the 8820!?!?!?!?

BBNUT - thank you very much for clearing that up for me.

So there is indeed hope for a new BB this month for T-Mo....

Everything is pointing at the 23th for the 8800 ( I hope its really the 8820) and the 8320 for May 7.
