    Without parsing words, it's just the tone of this message that suggests Cingular/at&t bashing.

    Just because one Cingular / at&t person did not provide the answer you were looking for is not cause for the rant, that certainly is negative.

    Simply sharing observations, experiences and thoughts, as is customary in an open forum like this.

    No intent other than to participate in a positive fashion.

    Based on my experience using Cingular as the provider for my business of over 800 employees, they have done a very good job. Yet I'm not suggesting they are perfect.

    That said, I have nothing against any of the carriers as they each have their challenges. They each have their strengths and weaknesses. The wireless business is a very challenging one. I think that if we as individual users were to step back and take into consideration the operational challenges and competition those big businesses have, we might not be so quick to judge.
