    Anyone know what this refers to when doing a wireless activation from a BES on a 8820?

    Read the entire message. Typically it also says which database, and typically it is the Address Book. The "error" is that the BlackBerry Address Book doesn't like entries that have neither a Last name nor a Company name, so if you have an entry in your Contacts (assuming Outlook/Exchange setup) that's just someone's email address or phone number and maybe just a first name or worse, nothing at all, you will get this error. The entry will still appear in the Address Book, and wireless sync will work fine. It's actually not an "error" message, just an annoyance message as I've yet to see it mean there's actually a problem!

    Thanks for the reply but the full message is actually in the title of the thread 'Some databases failed to synchronise: Handheld Agent' and i wanted to find out what the Handheld Agent actually affected
