in addition to the two person IMAP accounts.

my "desktop" account, which is for my BES was having problems for the last week. my IT guy came by and we re did the enterprise activation. now my calendar is working fine and i'm able to receive email fine, but when i go to send mail i've got two "desktop" options. both seem to work, but i'm worried that it might lead to a problem later on.

    and thoughts?

How many "Desktop" service books do you have?

I have the following service books, listed as "desktop" (listed in the same order as in my BB)

    desktop MDS
    desktop BBIM
    desktop IPPP
    desktop CMIME
    personal email 1 CMIME
    personal email 2 CMIME
    desktop browserconfig
    desktop MDS
    desktop BBIM
    desktop ALP
    desktop IPP
    desktop SYNC
    desktop CICAL

and then nothing after that mentions "desktop"

does that help? clearly their are some duplicates, but i wouldn't know which do delete.

You can delete them all and perform a USB sync or have the BES admin push them for you.
