Well I was searching about the 8800 the other day on pinstack and so far I've heard that it will be for Cingular, T-mobile, and now Verizon. I was just wondering who it will be released to. Sorry if this was already addressed but I didn't search very hard for info on the phone so I don't know.

Well, another thread on the stacks has someone stating that they have a "SOURCE" at T-Mobile mentioning they could order their 8800 in a week or two!!!!!!!

call it a gut feeling but I think it might be released tomorrow (well rather today considering its Monday already). on T-MO's website all the bb's have been marked down (even though the pearl was done earlier, now even the 8700g is 249.99 with all the rebates). I dont know I just have a feeling if not today then really really soon

The pearls were marked down in my region a couple weeks ago. But I don't think that has anything to do with the 8800 release.

There's a ton a rumors and everything else about this launch. The best thing we call "all" hope for is a non-exclusive launch. I think this time the exclusive launch isn't going to happen. I would be willing to bet that Cingular and T-mob will get it launched within a few days of each other if not the same day. Possibly Rogers in that mix as well. I don't think there's ever been a CMDA version of the phone before a GSM version of a phone, so I think it's safe to say Verizon, Sprint, and the other CDMA folks wont see it till closer to x-mas......

Yes, but since this is a gsm / CDMA hybrid, perhaps it'll be even sooner. After all we've already seen a picture posted that said Verizon and Q2, I just hope it's before that!

e-bay cost the most, but it is where I do a lot of my shopping. You have to look for deals. But at the same time, the mega stores on e-bay control the prices....
