    Sounds like maybe there was an outage in your area, unless the call to CS helped. Either way glad everything is working for ya.

    Anyone else out there having the same issue, here is what I did. My emails where coming in very slow and they were also hit and miss on even showing up at all.

    log into your service provider account. You will see a page that says, email accounts-settings. Under settings there should be an option that says change device. Click this, re-enter your PIN and Device IMEI. Then save those. After I did this, seconds later all my emails came flooding in and no issues since

    I spoke with Verizon & they told me that there was a problem on the BB server & they are working on it.

    As af Saturday 1:00 AM it started working, abd isnow "back to normal"
