If you use the Zen theme the first five icons are on the main window and everything else in the applications folder. that is the only way I know to manipulate it

I have been looking to find a way to do this also. I hate having my games with my main icons. I would like to put them in the application folder or games folder. If anyone knows the answer to this one I would love to hear it.

if you use the bb dimension zen theme you should be able to move your app around i have the same one and when i click the app button all my apps spread out through out the screen go to the icon you want to move to the front and hit the menu button again and it will let you move it to whatever place you like to drag it just play around with it and you will get the hang of it. if not let mek know i am currently using the sumerman theme on mine and is almost the same as the zen except that it has some cool superman stuff on it and i can move my icons around very easily. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: Move question of icon's in sub folders

I use wave-list theme. First of all it is available free. I like the list feature instead of all the icons. I have a problem remembering which icon is which. I must be getting old.

Secondly, this theme puts all programs on one level. You can hide the ones that you don't use and put them in what ever order you like.

    Makes the world easier.

You can find wave-list and a few other free themes by directing your Blackberrry browser to mobile.blackberry.com , click on downloads, click on free themes.

    Hope this helps.

There's currently no way to move icons in to our out of folders.

If it's something you'd like to see then definitely email bbsuggestions@rim.com.

Moving apps between folders is an OS 4.2 feature only.

I have an 8310 and just select the icon, hit menu and choose move. Then I scroll to the folder I want to drop it in. Reverse when moving to home screen. Select, choose to move from menu, scroll to the "up" folder and it's back on the home screen. I use the bPhone icon theme.
