    Hi

I cannot find the files you describe in your posts. Does this rely on me having to dowload the OS to the PC before i start? If so does this need to be backed up off the BB first or downloaded from the NET?

    Thanks

Yes in order to edit the OS, you have to have it installed on the PC first. You have to Download it from the net. and instll it to the PC. Once the files are extracted by the install they are located in
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\[DeviceSubDir], I hope this helps!

Worked like a charm, thanks! Just needed to first install the OS on my pc so the shared folder would appear.
