    Hello all
I have purchased the new 8820 and want to sell my 8800, but before I hand it over I like to wipe all my data off the phone and give it to the buyer as a new baby with no information of mine on the device. I have no passwords on the dvice. Any advice.?
    Regards to all stackers

A device wipe, deleting your accounts from BIS and deleting your BIS account are really all that you need.

Takeshi thank you for the tip. I have deleted all my BIS emails but how do I cancel the PIN and IMEI registration so the new owner can register?

Options-security options-general settings- menu key- wipe handheld thats the easy way, but i have hacker friends recover data from the device from that method. My preferred is a full software reload, so that you can remove all 3rd party apps, and dont choose to backup, before clicking finish click advanced and choose to delete all application data, havent been able to recover data after doing so.
