HELP! how to restore factory databases on my 8800

HELP! I have 2 BB 8800 phones. In preparation to give ONE of the TWO to an associate, I deleted (CLEARED) many factory database files (DESKTOP MANAGER, BACKUP/RESTORE, ADVANCED...then select and "CLEAR") before realizing that it was MY KEEPER PHONE being wiped clean. It was simple enough to restore all data from Microsoft OUTLOOK (contacts, tasks, and etc.) but, in the process of the executing the DESKTOP MANAGER database deletions, I lost a lot of factory-loaded data. Does anyone know how I might restore my phone to include all pre-loaded data that was present at point of purhcase?
    Thanks.

Simple; make a backup of said device, then reload the O.S. from the CD, that came with the device...

A device wipe should get you back to square one. Options->Security and access the menu.
