deleting all entries in the address book / clearing the memory

Hi! When I synchronised with Outlook, my BB took all of my contacts into the address book. There's way too much. Is there any way I can just delete all my contacts in one go? Same with calendar entries. Can I clear the entire memory and start over somehow??
    Thanks

You can completely wipe the device but that will delete everything. Otherwise I am pretty sure you have to delete them one by one.

you can highlight all your contacts and delete them all at once. Hold the ALT button and scroll down

In Desktop Manager, got to Backup & Restore, pick Advanced, then highlight the Contacts (or Address Book, can't recall), and press Clear.
