    Question Browser and BES Question

I have a BB 8800 issued by my company. When I am browsing on the web, does it go through my company's BES? Is it dependent on the browser (BlackBerry, t-zones) whether it goes through the BES or T-Mobile? Also, I show an option for 3 browsers (internet, blackberry and t-zones). Is one browser faster than the others, and is speed affected by going through the BES versus T-Mobile?

    Re: Browser and BES Question

Well, the three configurations for the BB browser are the t-zones which uses the TMO wap gateway and is limited to wap sites, the internet which is for external Html Browsing, but will handle wap sites and the MDS or blackberry which use the BES MDS interface to your company's intranet. I really couldn't say anything about the comparative speed.

    Hope this helps.

    Re: Browser and BES Question

Thank you for the information. I assume, then, that external Html browsing does not go through the company server. Is that correct?
