Question BlackBerry 8830-Moving Music Files to SD Micro Chip

I am having major problems moving music files to my memory card and not my device. Can someone please walk me through doing this? I have installed the newest version of the Desktop Manger and when I go into Media Manager it does not give me an option to choose my memory card, it just goes right to the device itself. Any suggestions??

Have you enabled Mass Storage Mode on your device?

You should just be able to drag and drop your files right in to your BB in Media Manager.

I have tried to do that and I receive the message "There is not enough space on the disk".

I have not chosed to format my media card. When I got to format media card I receive a Warning: Formatting the Media Card will destroy any data stored on it. Do you wish to continue? Should I answer yes? How do I tell what is stored on my media card? I don't believe I have put anything on it, but I'm not sure.

You can view the contents of the media card in windows when using the mass storage mode and connecting to your PC via the USB cable.

First, I tried to format the card. The phone acts like it is going to format and then when it restarts I get the following message:

A Media Card has been inserted that is not formatted. Please format the card.

Second, I tried to use Windows Media Player. I put together my Sync List and I connected my device and the computer itself recognizes that there is a new device connected but Windows Media Player doesn't seem to be recognizing that I have connected the device that I want to sync to.
    Any suggestions?

Dont use wmp. Take the songs directly from where they are stored on your pc and drag and drop it into the sd card window thru explorer

Do you have that working via Bluetooth, or only via USB?

in my opinon it would be to much work to drag and drop files from your PC to internet explorer especialy if you have a huge collection <<I dont know how thats done anyway>> when you can just move your songs from one window to another whatever works for others is fine just my thoughts
