    Hi I have had my 8800 for two months and can not delete any applications on my devie ( unable to delete required by it policy control).. I have hard reseted and also wiped my handheld< i have tried deleting applications on my blackberry and desktop manager, I have tried deleting after a wipe and cannot. this is so frustraiting.... please help

    You will need to reactivate the device on a BES and then have the policy removed correctly. If the device was wiped while on BES the policy will stay attached and cannot be removed.

    Are you sure that the problem is an IT policy? You can check unddre Security to verify whether or not there's an IT policy in place.

    If you search you can find instructions on removing an IT policy that might help. Sorry, I don't have the URL handy.
