Anyone know of a more advanced mediaplayer?

Already tried multiplay/mediaPlayer, lacks in functions for what I consider a good phone(I have the 8100/Pearl as well). Sad that even the Samsung BJ has a better mediaplayer. I love both phones but besides the phone GUI and email there isn't much software out there compared to Windows Mobile Based Phones. I'm definitely in-love with both phones but I'm in a love-hate circumstance. i guess you can't win all the time, but if anyone knows how I can utilize the media features of this phone. thanks in advance. By the way love the GPS on this phone!!

Also to add, the transfer rate is horrible. Only get 0.7MB/s when SD card is in phone and 6.6MB/s when SD card is in reader. Any workaround?

With your SD card in are you using the Media Manager or Mass Storage Mode? If you enable Mass Storage Mode you can drag and drop like a removable drive.

What media features are you looking to use? There is software that does a nice job of converting video to Download. Unfortunatly you also have to remember you are dealing with RIM and this is the first BB to really depart from a business use to a more mainstream phone/camera/mp3 player.

I used HDtach to benchmark the results and I was using mass storage mode(can't run the benchmark program if not).

I would like features like selecting audio by artist, album things that Windows Mobile Media Player can do. Also lack of stream live video. I just wondering if there are any softwares where I can purchase that has these functions.
