    There is a camera. However, the camera-equipped 8800 will be released after the non-camera 8800.

    You probably don't get the reason for releasing a non-camera BB because you don't work in a security sensitive environment. Many businesses and a lot of US government sites -- the major users of the full qwerty BB's -- don't allow cameras for security reasons.

    Verizon (or any CDMA carrier) is never first to get new Blackberries. The new models have always been released in GSM versions first.

    Heck, (for a GSM machine) by the time this device floods the pipeline, if you need to carry a non-camera into a site just keep your old 8xxx series or 7xxx series handy and load the sim.
    Does anyone have an idea on the price ?
